At the boutique resort of eRYAbySuria Janda Baik, you can learn to cook traditional Pahang food from a trained chef.
The chef will tell you about the ingredients and how to choose fresh ones and take you through the cooking process from start to finish, will plenty of tips of how to impress your future dinner guests!

There are five dishes currently for their "Tastes and Flavours of Janda Baik" cooking lessons:
1) Chicken satay and peanut sauce (satay + kuah kacang)
2) Fish in fermented durian (ikan patin tempoyak or ikan tilapia bakar tempoyak)
3) A spicy herb sauce (sambal bunga kantan); and
4) Jackfruit sago dessert (pengat nangka and jelly nangka).
